ingredients:


    For the pudding:
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 coffee cup cornstarch
  • 1 package of vanilla
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 box of cream
  • 1 packet of biscuits

  • For the lemon sauce:
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of starch
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

Method of preparation:

Add all the ingredients except the cream to the pot and mix and cook with a wire whisk until it thickens.
When the pudding thickens, turn off the stove, add the cream and beat with a mixer.
Process the biscuits through a food processor.
Add 2 tablespoons of biscuits to the bottom of the serving cups and pour a little pudding on top. Then pour the biscuits and pudding back into the cups. Repeat the process until you run out of pudding and biscuits.
To prepare the lemon sauce, add all the ingredients to a pan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk. After cooking, remove the sauce from the heat and pour it over the puddings in the prepared cups.
You can serve it after keeping it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.z
