- 1 liter of milk
- 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of flour
- 2 packs of vanilla
- 50 grams of butter
- 3.5 cups of cherry juice
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of coconut

Method of preparation:
Pour milk, sugar powder, starch and flour into the pot, mix well and turn on the stove and cook stirring until it boils.
After cooking, add butter and vanilla, mix until the butter melts and put it in a blender.
Sprinkle coconut on the bottom of a large rectangular glass container (borjam) and pour the prepared pudding on it.
After pouring cherry juice, flour, starch and sugar powder into a separate pot and mixing well, turn on the stove and cook until it boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Pour the prepared cherry sauce over the pudding, spread it well and put it in the refrigerator after it reaches room temperature.
After about 6 hours in the refrigerator, cut into strips, flatten and serve.
