- 125 grams of butter or margarine at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- Flour as needed (about 2 cups 2 tablespoons)
- 4 medium apples (3 large)
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Method of preparation:
To prepare the apple filling, peel and grate the apples. Add cinnamon and sugar powder and cook.
After cooking, remove from heat and leave to cool.
To prepare the tart dough, add eggs, oil, sugar powder to the bowl and mix well with your hands. Add baking powder and flour little by little and knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hand, like earlobes and leave it aside for 15 minutes.
Take an orange-sized log of the dough and set it aside and spread the rest of the dough in a greased medium-sized round glass dish (borkama) or baking dish. Spread the dressing on all sides.
Open the dough the size of an orange, cut it into strips and put it on the tart and bake it in a preheated oven at 185 degrees until golden.
After cooking, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve.
