- 25 grams of lime
- 25 grams of sage tea
- 25 grams of Mecca tea (hibiscus)
- 25 grams of ginger root
- 25 grams of echinacea
- 25 grams of gangal
- 25 grams of rose petals
- 25 grams of cinnamon stick
- 2 cups of drinking water
Method of preparation:
Pour drinking water into a teapot and add ginger root, bay root and cinnamon stick.
Put the root crops to boil on low heat.
After a minute or two of boiling, take it off the heat and wait for 2-3 minutes.
Finally, add linden, sage, Mecca tea (hibiscus), echinacea and rose khatimi and wait for it to brew for 5 minutes.
It is better to drink three glasses a day after straining the brewed tea. You can share this tea recipe with your loved ones to boost immunity.
