- 6 potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 200 grams of minced meat
- 2 onions
- 1 pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- Greens to taste
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Method of preparation:
Peel and wash the potatoes.
Grate the peeled potatoes and squeeze out the juice.
Pour the squeezed potatoes into a bowl, add eggs, vegetable oil and salt and mix. Spread the prepared mixture on an oven tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
To prepare the filling, add a little oil and fry the minced meat and onions in a hot pan, then add finely chopped, peeled tomatoes and green pepper and continue frying. Sprinkle herbs, salt and pepper to taste and take to the stove. Spread the stuffing on the potato you took out of the oven, roll it in a roulette shape and put it back in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
After removing from the oven and coming to room temperature, you can slice and serve.
