- 200 grams of hard cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1 chicken fillet
- 2 onions
- 3 tablespoons of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Method of preparation:
First, pass the chicken fillet with one onion through a meat grinder.
Pass the cheese through a large grater, add eggs and sour cream and mix.
Spread the cheese mixture on a 30×40 cm square oven tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Finely chop 1 onion in a pan and fry it in oil until friend.
Add the onion to the minced chicken and mix with salt and pepper.
Remove the cheesy mass cooked in the oven tray from the foil, cool it, spread the chicken mixture on it and roll it in the form of a roulette. Wrap the roll again in foil paper and put it on a tray and bake it in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, open the foil and put it back in the oven for baking on top.
Chicken roulette is ready. Slice and serve.
