ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 10 leaves of lettuce or Beijing cabbage
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • For the yogurt sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of strained yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Juice of 1/4 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Method of preparation:

Cut the bread into cubes and pour into a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of olive oil on it and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 10-15 minutes until the bread is browned.
Pour the remaining olive oil into the pan and heat it. Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper and fry it on both sides.
Cut the cooked chicken fillet into desired size. Wash the lettuce well, chop it and put it in a bowl.
To prepare the sauce, pour yogurt, strained yogurt, salt, lemon juice and olive oil into a bowl and mix well. Pour the prepared sauce over the lettuce. Add fried bread and chicken and mix. Your diet salad is ready!
