3 ədəd yumurta300 qr şokolad
3 ədəd banan
1 ədəd qat-qat xəmir
10 ədəd karamel ( konfet )
10 ədəd şokolad dilimləri
Method of preparation:
First, separate the egg white from the yolk and beat the white with a mixer.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, add the egg yolk and mix well. Add the beaten egg white and continue mixing.
Cut the bananas into large slices.
For the tart, spread the dough in a 25 cm diameter round mold. Spread the chocolate mixture on top of the dough and dip the bananas and caramel candies into it. Put the chocolate slices in the mass along the edge of the mold and fold the edges of the dough inward so that the chocolate is completely covered with the dough. Bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
After it is ready, you can serve it with tea or coffee.
