ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 onion
  • 300 ml. tomato juice (made for the winter)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 teaspoons of spice mixture (thyme, hot pepper powder, cumin)

Method of preparation:

Boil the eggs until the yolks are completely cooked. After boiling, peel and cut in half and set aside.
Chop the onion and start frying it with olive oil and butter.
When the onions are soft, add the tomato juice and mix. Add salt and pepper.
Then put the cut eggs in the pan so that the yolks are on the bottom and sprinkle the spicy mixture over the eggs.
When the tomatoes are boiling, you can take them out of the oven and serve them.
