- 1 onion
- 300 ml. tomato juice (made for the winter)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 3 teaspoons of spice mixture (thyme, hot pepper powder, cumin)
Method of preparation:
Boil the eggs until the yolks are completely cooked. After boiling, peel and cut in half and set aside.
Chop the onion and start frying it with olive oil and butter.
