ingredients:

  • 14 slices of sausage
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 pieces of green pepper (sweet or bitter according to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Method of preparation:

Peel the skin of the sausage and cut it into circles. (Make sure the slices are not too thin. ) Cut the sausages in half in half. Chop the tomatoes and peppers.
Add olive oil to the pan and fry the peppers until they change color - about 3 minutes.
