ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 grams of cottage cheese
  • 165 grams of apples
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Half a teaspoon of salt

  • For the top:
  • Sugar cane (to taste)
  • Cinnamon powder (to taste)

Method of preparation:

Peel and core the apples. Then slice the apples into thin half rings. Melt the butter in a pan and cook the apples, stirring frequently, until soft.
Mix eggs, cottage cheese and salt in a bowl with a wire whisk. Pour the whipped mass on the cooked apples, mix once and cover the pan with a lid and cook on low heat for 8-10 minutes. You can sprinkle sugar syrup or cinnamon on it and serve it.
