ingredients:

12 dilim çörək

Sous üçün:
2 ədəd yumurta
1/2 stəkan süd
2 xörək qaşığı qatıq
1 xörək qaşığı un
1 çay qaşığı duz
3 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı

Üzəri üçün:
70 qram kolbasa
1 stəkan holland pendiri ( sürtgəcdən keçilmiş )
1 ədəd qırmızı bibər
2 ədəd yaşıl bibər

Method of preparation:

Mix and whisk the ingredients for the sauce in a deep bowl.
Dip both sides of the buns in the sauce and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
For the topping, mix the grated Dutch cheese, chopped sausage, chopped red pepper and green pepper in a bowl and spread on the buns.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes until golden and serve hot.
