3 xörək qaşığı tomat pastası3 xörək qaşığı bibər pastası
1,5 stəkan qoz ləpəsi (incə üyüdülmüş)
4 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
4 xörək qaşığı çörək qırıntıları (istəyə görə bayat çörək qırıntıları)
6 diş sarımsaq (rəndələnmiş və əzilmiş)
1 çay qaşığı qara bibər
1 çay qaşığı kimyon
1 çay qaşığı qırmızı bibər tozu
Method of preparation:
Add ground walnuts, tomato and pepper paste, grated garlic, olive oil, breadcrumbs and spices to a bowl and mix.
