ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons of pepper paste
- 1.5 cups walnuts (finely ground)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs (stale breadcrumbs optional)
- 6 cloves of garlic (grated and crushed)
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
Method of preparation:
Add ground walnuts, tomato and pepper paste, grated garlic, olive oil, breadcrumbs and spices to a bowl and mix.
Pour the mixture into a jar, add a little olive oil and store in the refrigerator.
