ingredients:

2 ədəd yumurta
2 xörək qaşığı bal
1 xörək qaşığı tahin
5 ədəd qoz
2 ədəd quru əncir
1 çay fincanı isti süd
1.5 stəkan tam buğda unu
1 paket qabartma tozu

Üzəri üçün:
4 ədəd xurma
1 çay qaşığı kakao

Method of preparation:

After beating eggs and honey, add warm milk and tahini and mix.
Then add flour, baking powder, walnuts and figs and mix with a wooden spoon.
At the end, pour cocoa-soaked dates over it and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes under supervision.
After cooking, slice and serve with tea or coffee.
