ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of tahini
  • 5 walnuts
  • 2 dried figs
  • 1 tea cup of warm milk
  • 1.5 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder

  • For the top:
  • 4 dates
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa

Method of preparation:

After beating eggs and honey, add warm milk and tahini and mix.
Then add flour, baking powder, walnuts and figs and mix with a wooden spoon.
At the end, pour cocoa-soaked dates over it and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes under supervision.
After cooking, slice and serve with tea or coffee.
