ingredients:

  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder (to taste)

Method of preparation:

Put the peeled potatoes in a pot and add enough water to cover and cook until soft. (Check with a knife to see if your potatoes are cooked)
After cooking, drain the water from the potatoes and add butter and mash them well. Add salt, pepper and milk and continue to mash until you get a nice, smooth mash.
