3 ədəd kök3,5 stəkan süd
3 xörək qaşığı tam buğda unu
4 xörək qaşığı yulaf əzməsi
10 hissə xurma (suda isladılmış)
1/2 stəkan labne pendiri
2,5 xörək qaşığı bal
1/2 stəkan əzilmiş qoz ləpəsi
1 çay qaşığı darçın
Method of preparation:
Grate the root and roast it in a pan until soft and let it cool.
Add the milk and whole wheat flour to the pot and cook until it becomes a pudding.
Add carrots, oatmeal and soaked dates to the food processor and mix. Spread the mixture in the mold you will serve.
Add honey and labneh cheese to the cooked pudding, mix and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After the pudding has cooled, add it to the mold with the root solution and keep it in the refrigerator for another hour.
After removing from the refrigerator, add cinnamon and walnuts and serve.
