ingredients:

  • 120 grams of butter at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2.5 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 package of vanilla
  • 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder

Method of preparation:

Beat the butter well with a mixer until creamy. Add powdered sugar and beat on medium for another 5 minutes until the powdered sugar dissolves.
Add the eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla to this mixture and knead well until you get a soft, non-sticky cookie dough.
At the end, add a drop of chocolate, knead it well, wrap it in stretch cellophane and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, or 15-20 minutes if you don't have time. (You can keep it in the refrigerator for 1 day.)
Grease the cast iron pan. Roll out the cookie dough with your hands or with a rolling pin and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and after resting for a while, serve with tea or coffee.
