  • 1.5 cups of red lentils
  • 1/2 cup bulgur
  • 2-3 tablespoons of rice
  • 2 onions
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of dry mint
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 4 cups of broth

Method of preparation:

First, chop the onion and garlic into small pieces and fry them in oil. After roasting, add lentils, bulgur and rice and mix.
Then add the spices and tomato paste and pour the broth over it. Close the lid and cook on low heat until the smell disappears.
You can mix with a blender and serve.
