1/2 stəkan düyü
5 böyük stəkan isti toyuq suyu (və ya isti içməli su)
1 xörək qaşığı maye yağ
1 xörək qaşığı kərə yağı
1/3 çay qaşığı hil
1/3 çay qaşığı ardıc toxumu
1 diş sarımsaq
1/2 çay qaşığı qara istiot
1 çay qaşığı duz
Method of preparation:
Chop the onions and start frying.
After 1-2 minutes, add the butter and continue to fry the carrots.
After 1 minute, add rice and chicken broth.
After adding the chicken broth, add 1 clove of chopped garlic, black pepper, cardamom and crushed juniper seeds to the soup.
When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat.
Continue to cook until the carrots are tender and the rice is cooked.
After everything is well cooked, put the soup through a blender.
At the end, you can add salt and enjoy your soup.
