- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 piece of sea bass (cleaned)
- 2 pieces of fresh thyme
- 1 liter of water
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 potato (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons of rice
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 bunch parsley
Method of preparation:
Add a large chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, cleaned sea bass, thyme and 1 liter of water to the pot and let it boil. After boiling, put the pot aside.
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a pot, add 1 chopped onion and fry.
Chop the root into small cubes and add to the pot.
Add crushed 2 cloves of garlic and chopped potatoes and continue frying. Strain the water from the fish you boiled at the beginning and add it here.
Add the rice, the meat of the boiled fish and the juice of half a lemon. Lastly, add the salt and finely chopped parsley.
