  • 600 grams of meat
  • 3 onions
  • Salt to taste, hot

Method of preparation:

To prepare the dough, mix flour, salt and water in a bowl, knead the dough, cover it and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. To prepare the filling, add grated onion, salt and pepper to the minced meat (finely chopped beef or chicken according to taste) in a bowl and mix. Spread the dough on the table and cut circles with the mouth of a glass or circular shapes. Put the stuffing on each of the circles and twist it in the shape of a snake. In this way, fill all the dough with stuffing and fold it. Then fry the gurze on both sides in plenty of vegetable oil in a pot. You can sprinkle sumac powder on the cooked gurze when you serve them.
