ingredients:

1 kq kartof
500 qram qiymə
1 ədəd soğan
1 dolu xörək qaşığı un
2-3 xörək qaşığı pomidor püresi və ya 1 dolu xörək qaşığı tomat
100 qram holland pendiri
1 çay qaşığı duz
1 çay qaşığı istiot
1 çay qaşığı sarıkök
1 çay qaşığı şirin qırmızı bibər tozu
1 çay qaşığı sarımsaq tozu
1/3 stəkan bitki yağı

Method of preparation:

First, peel the skins of the potatoes and chop them into finger-thick straws.
Add oil to the pan and fry the potatoes. Add salt to the fried potatoes. Then spread the fried potatoes in the oven mold.
Add diced onions and mincemeat to the same pan and fry. Add salt, pepper, yellow carrot, sweet red pepper powder, garlic powder and flour and continue frying. Add tomato pure (or tomatoes) and enough water to cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the water is absorbed. Spread the cooked mince over the pre-fried potatoes in the baking dish. Grate the Dutch cheese and sprinkle it over the minced meat. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until the cheese is melted and browned.
When serving, you can sprinkle chopped greens on it.
