- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter
- 1 teaspoon of dry mint

Method of preparation:
To prepare the dough, mix eggs and warm water in a bowl. Sift the flour over it in parts and knead the dough. Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
To prepare the filling, add grated onion and spices to the mince in a bowl and mix.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Cut into small squares and make stuffing and make dumplings.
Boil water in a pot and add a little oil to the boiling water so that the noodles do not stick. Pour ready-made dumplings into boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In another bowl, beat the yogurt well. Add a spoonful of the water of the dushbara to the yogurt and mix. After mixing, add the Hot Yogurt to the pot.
Melt the oil in a small pan and add the mint. Pour the peppermint oil over the soup and mix. Serve the finished soup hot.
You can add cooked peas to the soup to taste.
