4 ədəd orta ölçü kartof2 ədəd yumurta sarısı
1 xörək qaşığı nişasta
1 xörək qaşığı kərə yağı
1 çay qaşığı duz
1 çay qaşığı qara istiot
Bulamaq üçün:
1 kasa un
1 kasa qaleta unu
2 ədəd yumurta (+ digər yumurtaların ağı)
Qızartmaq üçün:
2 stəkan maye yağ
Method of preparation:
Wash and boil potatoes and mash them.
Add butter and 2 egg yolks to mashed potatoes and mix.
When you get a smooth consistency, add starch and spices and mix again.
Put the puree in a piping bag and spread the stretch cellophane on a cutting board, squeeze the puree into strips and put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
After taking it out of the freezer, cut the desired size strips and dip them first in flour, then in egg and finally in galeta flour (for making it even more crispy, dip them again in egg and galeta flour) and fry them in hot oil.
After frying, you can serve it with any sauces you like.
