ingredients:
- 1/4 cabbage (250 g)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup chopped dill
- 1 carrot (large size)
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 2 teaspoons of mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1/4 slice of lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Method of preparation:
Finely chop the cabbage, wash and dry. Sprinkle salt on it and knead with your hands for 1-2 minutes. Wait 10 minutes for the water to drain.
Then strain the water and squeeze out the remaining water by hand and put it in a large bowl.
Grate the roots and add to the cabbage along with the dill.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil and mix well. If you want, you can add different herbs, vegetables and spices.
You can serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
