ingredients:

3 large carrots
2 medium size zucchini
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bunch of butterflies
1 can of canned corn
5 tablespoons of strained yogurt
1 clove of garlic
1-2 pieces of dill
1 pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Grate the carrot and zucchini and fry them separately with a tablespoon of olive oil. After cooling, add well-washed and cleaned butterfly, finely chopped fennel and corn. Add yogurt, garlic and salt, mix and serve.
