20 minuteingredients:
1 kiloqram toyuq filesi4 ədəd qırmızı bibər
3 ədəd şirin bibər
2 ədəd soğan
1 diş sarımsaq
3 xörək qaşığı soya sousu
1 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
1 çay qaşığı qara istiot
1 çay qaşığı kəklikotu
1 çay qaşığı qırmızı toz bibər
Method of preparation:
Chop the chickens and add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, black pepper, red pepper powder and thyme, mix and leave to marinate until the vegetables are ready.
Cut the pepper and onion into long pieces.
Add the crushed garlic to a large pan and saute all the vegetables.
When the vegetables are slightly wilted, add two tablespoons of soy sauce and cook.
Add olive oil to the pan and heat firmly, then add the chicken and fry. (When cooking the chickens, the pan should be well heated first. Heat the olive oil in the heated pan and add the chicken meat like this. This way, the chickens do not release their juices and cook gently.)
Add cooked and fried chicken to the vegetables and fry a little more. Ready to serve!
