ingredients:

  • 1 mackerel fish
  • 10 grams of butter
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons clarified butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • For the salad:
  • 10 small cherry tomatoes
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Method of preparation:

First, clean and wash the mackerel fish well. Cut off the fin, head and tail. Make cuts on the fish with a knife and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Put a slice of butter and 1 sprig of rosemary inside the fish, salt and pepper it on both sides.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Fry the fish in hot oil for 3 minutes on both sides. Then reduce the heat, cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
To prepare tomato salad, slice 10 cherry tomatoes, add 5 chopped mint leaves, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and mix. After the salad is ready, you can serve it with fried fish.
