- 4 large carrots
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Method of preparation:
After washing and drying the carrot, finely chop it into rings.
Place the carrot slices in a large bowl, add olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper and mix well.
Place the carrot slices on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper (do not overlap) and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes in the fan program.
For making your chips crispy, reduce the oven temperature to 120 degrees and bake for another 10-15 minutes and enjoy after cooling.
