400 qram dana əti antrikot300 qram göbələk
40 qram kərə yağı
4 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
3 xörək qaşığı qırmızı şərab sirkəsi
2 xörək qaşığı dənə istiot
1 ədəd soğan
1 diş sarımsaq
1 çay qaşığı kəklikotu
1 xörək qaşığı limon suyu

Method of preparation:
In a bowl, mix together the red wine vinegar, thyme, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
Crush the garlic and add it to the marinade.
Coat the steak well in the marinade you have prepared and place it in a bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Grind the peppercorns well in a mortar.
Slice the onion and squeeze lemon juice over it and keep aside.
Take the steak out of the refrigerator, dry it with a kitchen napkin, sprinkle pepper and salt on both sides and beat it with a meat mallet.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the meat on both sides for 1.5-2 minutes. Then salt again.
Pour butter into the pan in which you cooked the meat and cook the steak in oil for another 9 minutes on two sides on a medium stove. Wrap the cooked meat in foil.
In another pan, cook chopped champignons and onions. Sprinkle salt and remove from heat. You can serve your meal with mushroom garnish.
