- 3-4 potatoes
- 4 pickled cucumbers
- 3 roasted peppers
- 1 carrot
- 3 onions
- 1 pinch of fresh mint
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 cup canned corn
Method of preparation:
Boil the potatoes, peel them and cut them into cubes.
Cut the pickled cucumber and fried pepper into small cubes.
Peel the root and grate it.
Finely chop the onion and mint.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, crushed garlic and salt in a large bowl.
Add carrot, red pepper, pickled cucumber, corn, chopped greens and potatoes and mix again.
The salad is ready! You can serve it.
