- 1 kg of chicken meat (breast, wings, thighs, etc.)
- 1 bottle of mineral water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- Curry (to taste)
- Thyme (to taste)
- 1 clove of garlic or garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Method of preparation:
Pierce the chicken in several places with a knife (If you are worried about it not being cooked, you can cut it lengthwise on one side) and add black pepper, red pepper powder, salt, 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar powder (if you are not using garlic powder, use 1 clove of garlic at this stage) add and mix well to cover all sides of the chicken.
Then pour a bottle of mineral water, close your mouth and wait for at least 3 hours.
Pour flour and starch into a bowl, add black pepper, red pepper powder, curry, garlic powder, soda and salt to it with the tip of a teaspoon and mix.
At the end of the time, flour all the parts of the meat and put them through a filter so that the excess flour goes away. Dip the filter twice in a bowl of water and take it out, filter the water and mix it well with the flour mixture again.
After mixing, cook in hot oil until well browned.
Then pour a bottle of mineral water, close your mouth and wait for at least 3 hours.
