5 minuteingredients:
500 qram brokoli3-4 ədəd xiyar turşusu
1 qutu konservləşdirilmiş qarğıdalı (220 q)
2-3 ədəd qovrulmuş qırmızı bibər
2 budaq yaşıl soğan
2 diş sarımsaq
3-4 xörək qaşığı zeytun yağı
1 çay qaşığı duz
1 ədəd limonun suyu
Method of preparation:
First, cut the stem parts of the broccoli in half and put it on top of a pot of steaming hot water on the stove, close the lid and boil for 5 minutes.
Chop the roasted pepper, pickled cucumber and onion.
(You can increase the amount of ingredients according to the number of people or your taste.) Cut the boiled broccoli into small pieces. Add the canned corn, cucumber pickle, red pepper, green onion, crushed or grated garlic, salt, lemon juice and olive oil to a bowl and mix until well combined.
The salad is ready! You can serve it.
