2 ədəd böyük ölçü kartof2 xörək qaşığı kərə yağı
3/4 stəkan çedar pendiri ( sürt.keçilmiş )
1 stəkan konservləşdirilmiş qarğıdalı
1/2 stəkan zeytun
4-5 ədəd xiyar turşusu
2 xörək qaşığı mayonez
2 xörək qaşığı ketçup
1/4 çay qaşığı duz
Method of preparation:
Wash the potatoes and dry them with a paper towel.
First, wrap the potato in greaseproof paper, and then in aluminum foil, put it on the iron wire of the oven heated to 200 degrees and cover it with an oven tray. Bake in this way for about 90 minutes.
Cut the potatoes right out of the oven and mash them with as much butter and Dutch cheese as you like.
Then place your kumpir on a plate and add your desired ingredients.
You can also add mayonnaise and ketchup on top according to your taste.
