Chicken and fried mushrooms are a perfect combination. You can serve this delicious snack at a holiday table or a simple lunch. Mir.az presents the recipe of mushroom roulette.

ingredients:

  • 400 g of chicken fillet
  • 500 g of mushrooms
  • 100 g of Dutch cheese
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons clarified butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method of preparation:

First, mix the chicken fillet, egg, clarified butter, salt and pepper with a blender until it becomes a puree.
Cut the mushroom into small cubes and fry in oil in a pan.
Spread the stretch cellophane on a cutting board, lightly oil it with vegetable oil and spread the chicken mince you pureed with a blender in a rectangular shape on the greased stretch cellophane. Spread mayonnaise on it and sprinkle the roasted mushrooms on all sides. Sprinkle the grated Dutch cheese on the mushroom and hold one side of the stretch cellophane like a roulette, twist it. Seal all sides of the stretch and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Then carefully remove the roulette from the stretch cellophane and wrap it in greaseproof paper. And bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. When ready, take the roulette out of the oven, sprinkle it with grated cheese, decorate it with chopped mushroom slices and put it back in the oven (until the cheese melts).
After cooking, you can slice and serve.
