ingredients:

  • 1 head of garlic
  • 100 g of soft butter
  • 1 baguette bread
  • 1 sprig of greens
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 60 g of parmesan cheese
  • 60 ml of olive oil

Method of preparation:

Cut off the top of the garlic, peel it, place it on aluminum foil and sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Wrap the garlic in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Pour softened butter at room temperature, red pepper powder, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh herbs, cooked garlic, salt and pepper into a bowl and mix well. Cut the baguette lengthwise. Lubricate both halves with garlic oil. Place the oiled baguettes in a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
