ingredients:

4-5 orta badımcan
1 soğan
1/2 fincan düyü
1/2 kq qiymə mal əti
1 çay qaşığı duz
1/2 çay qaşığı qara bibər
1/2 çay qaşığı nanə
1/2 fincan yağ
1 stəkan su

Method of preparation:

Wash and trim the aubergines, and scoop out the inside with a half-centimeter thick spoon. Soak the scooped out aubergines in water.
In a pan, finely chop the onion and sauté in oil. Add the ground meat and sauté. Add the rice and stir.
Stuff the aubergines with the meat and rice mixture.
In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the stuffed aubergines. Add salt, pepper, and mint. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes over medium heat.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
